Sandra Shackelford, Founder
Nspire Classroom Solutions
Sandra is an accomplished educational leader, communications and writing coach and mentor. Maximizing individual performance and instilling a sense of self-worth in students as they discover their gifts and talents is her passion. In addition to that, she believes that creating and maintaining positive learning environments helps to alleviate stress for both students and teachers. Her goal is to also help a new generation of teachers navigate the challenges of creating a positive classroom community that contributes to the holistic development of students with confidence in the midst of the everyday rigor. Her extensive background in education led to her founding Nspire Classroom Solutions, a platform aimed at creating relevant and engaging programming for students and educators. Sandra's positive impact on the lives of students and teachers, earned her prestigious accolades like Teacher of the Year awards in her school district and county. Her efforts in education were also recognized by the 50 Black Women Over Fifty Organization, which honored her as an education innovator. These awards are a testament to her outstanding contributions to the field of education.

This program is designed to help high school students craft a compelling college application essay that stands out to college admissions committees. Students tell their story by speaking to their unique qualities and life experiences. The camp is offered as a workshop, series of workshops, or individual sessions. Students are guided through the various stages of essay writing and strategies, from brainstorming ideas to polishing the final draft with personalized feedback.
Our Writing and Communication Leadership Camp offers a nurturing environment for honing writing skills, crafting impactful messages, and exploring various forms of communication, from storytelling to public speaking. We foster a new generation of eloquent and confident communicators, equipped to articulate their ideas with clarity and influence as they discover the leader within.
We provide individualized guidance, support, and advice to help our teacher and student mentees achieve specific goals or enhance their personal and professional development. This mentorship format addresses their unique needs, challenges, and aspirations. Through regular and direct interactions, the mentor provides insights, shares experiences, and offers constructive feedback, creating a supportive environment for the mentee's growth and success.
Nspire classrooms in partnership with Teachers Supporting Teachers Everywhere provides a platform to recognize and appreciate the hard work and dedication of educators. We will be hosting our first teacher back to school rally in 2024 to help foster a sense of community and boost morale and motivation among teachers. We want them to be reminded of the essential role they play in shaping the future. It's a chance for educators to share experiences, learn from one another, and build a stronger professional network.
